RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our Little Zoo LLC wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to issue you a store credit for any returned merchandise. Returns/exchanges are NOT accepted for sales items.
If a customer wishes to return an item please email our company at ourlittlezoollc@gmail.com.
Returns must be made within 30 days of the receipt date. Store credit will be issued, in an email, once we've received the return.
